Cancellations
Full refunds are available for cancellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled service. Same-day cancellations incur a booking fee. Our technician allows a 15-minute grace period upon arrival. If accessibility issues or obstructions are encountered, the inspection may be canceled. Please ensure the property is accessible and free from obstructions at the scheduled time.
