How to Prepare
- Clear Access: Ensure our inspector can access all areas of the property including closets and basements.
- Remove Obstacles: Move furniture or items blocking walls, windows, doors, and trim where paint testing will occur.
- Pets: Please secure pets in a separate room or area during the inspection.
- Utilities: Make sure electricity and water are turned on for the inspection.
- Property Access: Provide keys, gate codes, or any necessary access information prior to the appointment.
Cancellation Policy
We understand that schedules change. If you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment, please provide at least 24 hours notice.
- 24+ Hours Notice: Full refund or free rescheduling, no questions asked.
- Less than 24 Hours: 50% cancellation fee may apply.
- No Show: Full inspection fee will be charged.
